AMIRI GALERIES LAFAYETTE

NOCOD Studio designed AMIRI’s dedicated retail space at Galeries Lafayette Paris as a compact translation of the architectural vocabulary developed for the House’s flagships. The project is important precisely because it operates under tighter department-store constraints: a design system proves its strength when it can retain its identity at a smaller scale.

NOCOD distilled the AMIRI language into a clear sequence of warm wood, softly illuminated shelving, pale mineral surfaces, brushed metal and Paloma stone. The checkerboard floor and low custom furniture introduce a stronger domestic rhythm, while mirrored fitting areas visually extend the limited footprint. Product remains highly legible without losing the atmosphere developed in the larger stores.

The Galeries Lafayette space demonstrates that the AMIRI system is not dependent on monumentality alone. Across flagships and shop-in-shops, NOCOD maintains the same material identity, display logic and spatial posture; what changes is the density and sequence. This makes the concept scalable while preserving a coherent experience of the House.
